Hearing Adjournment and Extension of Temporary Order
Eric Wayne Nelson and Alicia Nelson
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Eric Wayne Nelson and Alicia Nelson. On October 29, 2002, the Executive Director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing against the respondents. On November 13, 2002, the Commission adjourned the hearing and extended the temporary order to February 11, 2003. On February 11, 2003, the Commission adjourned the hearing and extended the temporary order to March 5, 2003.
The Commission, with the consent of the parties:
1. and considering it necessary and in the public interest, orders under section 161(3) of the Act that the temporary order be extended until the hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
2. adjourns the hearing to September 23 to 26, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
