Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On June 25, 2012, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming Aaron Ross (Ross), as the Respondent.
¶ 2 On December 12, 2012, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the Respondent.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the Respondent.
