On June 19, 2001, the Canadian Venture Exchange made a decision that John C. Schnurr is not acceptable to act as a director, officer, key employee of or a consultant to Alantra Venture Corp.
On July 10, 2001, Schnurr applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision.
A hearing to review the TSX decision will be held February 17 and 18, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
