Carl Glenn Anderson and Douglas Victor Montaldi
Section 174 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
Background
In a decision dated March 7, 2003, the Commission ordered that Carl Glenn Anderson pay jointly and severally with Douglas Victor Montaldi, the costs of the hearing incurred by the Commission and the Executive Director, the amount to be determined following further submissions from the parties. On May 20, 2003, Commission staff submitted an amended bill of costs for $97,531.11. The amended bill of costs was sent to Anderson and Montaldi. On June 5, 2003, Anderson and Montaldi consented to costs being assessed at the amount claimed by Commission staff in the amended bill of costs.
Order Under Section 174
The Commission orders under section 174 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, and in accordance with section 22(1), Item 38 of the Securities Regulation, BC Reg. 196/97, that Anderson and Montaldi jointly and severally pay $97,531.11.
