Extension of Temporary Orders and Adjournment
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against the above parties.
¶ 2 On May 7, 2003, the executive director issued a notice of hearing with respect to Sniper Sports Ltd, 592087 BC Ltd, William Ronald Moll and Glenn Anthony Rosen to be heard on November 17, 2004.
¶ 3 On November 15, 2004, the executive director issued a notice of hearing with respect to Statik Sports Inc. (Statik) and Glenn Anthony Rosen (Rosen) to be heard on November 17, 2004 and ordered that:
1. under section 161(1)(a) of the Act, Statik and Rosen comply with and cease contravening the Act and the regulations;
2. under section 161(1)(b) of the Act, Statik and Rosen cease trading in and be prohibited from purchasing any securities or exchange contracts; and
3. under section 161(1)(d) of the Act, Rosen resign from any positions he may hold as, and be prohibited from becoming or acting as, a director or officer of any issuer, and Statik and Rosen be prohibited from engaging in investor relations activities,
for a period expiring on November 30, 2004.
¶ 4 On November 17, 2004, the commission:
· adjourned both hearings to December 1, 3 and 6, 2004 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, and
· considering it to be necessary and in the public interest, extended the temporary orders until December 6, 2004.
