AND
IN THE MATTER OF RYAN K. HENNING
AND
IN THE MATTER OF VANCOUVER STOCK EXCHANGE
Order Under Section 165(4)
WHEREAS on May 21, 1998, Ryan K. Henning requested a Hearing and Review of a decision of the Vancouver Stock Exchange made on April 20, 1998;
AND WHEREAS on May 14, 1999, notice was given to Henning that the Hearing and Review would be dismissed as abandoned for want of prosecution if Henning did not provide the Commission with his Statement of Points on or before Monday, June 14, 1999;
AND WHEREAS Henning has not provided the Commission with his Statement of Points and has not advised the Commission of his intention to proceed with the Hearing and Review;
THEREFORE the Commission orders under section 165(4) of the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, that the Hearing and Review filed by Henning on May 21, 1998, be dismissed as abandoned.
