The Executive Director has granted exemptions to Multilateral Instrument 31-102 National Registration Database (MI 31-102) and Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information (MI 33-109) to extend the deadline dates for certain NRD submissions.
Substance and Purpose
BCI 33-509 exempts a person from certain sections of MI 31-102 and MI 33-109 that require the submission of a completed Form 33-109F3 or Form 33-109F4 in NRD format within 30 business days of the NRD access date if the person submits the completed Form 33-109F3 or Form 33-109F4 in NRD format by September 30, 2003.
The exemptions apply to the following sections:

The purpose of the exemptions is to provide sufficient time to correct errors in NRD data that may have occurred during its conversion from the Commission’s database to NRD.
