On April 15, 2003 the British Columbia Securities Commission published for comment a draft Securities Act and Rules, accompanied by a Commentary and two draft Guides for market participants.
We are extending the period for comment to July 31, 2003 to ensure a full opportunity for public input. Please submit your comments in writing by that date to:
