The British Columbia Securities Commission adopted amended MI 45-103 effective June 20, 2003. At the same time, we granted BCI 45-521 “Transition Period for Amended Multilateral Instrument 45-103” to enable issuers who are currently conducting financings to complete them using the original exemptions until September 19, 2003.
