The Executive Director, having considered it to be in the public interest, orders that effective immediately the attached BC Instrument 33-507 entitled "Temporary exemption for using past registration forms" is made.

Temporary exemption for using past registration forms

Order under section 7.1 of Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information

1. Despite the requirements in MI 33-109, until March 28, 2003 a person may file the following forms (the Forms) in paper format:

  • 31-902F for an application for registration of an individual;
  • 31-903F for a consent to a criminal records check;
  • 31-905F for an application to amend the registration of a dealer, adviser, or underwriter; and
  • 31-906F for an application to change or transfer the status of an individual.

2. A person who files the Forms must still comply with the requirements in MI 33-109 to submit the information through the National Registration Database system.
