This notice replaces NIN 88/45, updated to reflect the merger of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and The Alberta Stock Exchange to form the Canadian Venture Exchange ("CDNX").
Part XI of NPS 41 Shareholder Communication applies to all issuers listed on CDNX until that Policy is replaced by National Instrument 54-101 Communication With Beneficial Owners Of Securities Of A Reporting Issuer.
