- BCN 2012/14 - Notice of Adoption of National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading
The Commission is publishing advance notice of the proposed adoption of National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading, its companion policy, and consequential amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System. The new rule, policy, and consequential amendments are scheduled to be effective on March 1, 2013.
