This notice announces that the Executive Director has granted an exemption to Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information to allow the use of alternative registrations forms until March 28, 2003. Persons relying on the exemption must still comply with MI 33-109's requirements to submit information through the National Registration Database.
