This advance notice announces our intention to adopt National Instrument 51-102, its related forms and companion policy. We are also proposing amendments to certain other national instruments and policies as a result of NI 51-102. If the Minister approves NI 51-102 and the consequential amendments, they will be effective March 30, 2004.
