  • CSA Staff Notice 13-316 - Amendments to the SEDAR Filer Manual

    This Notice is to inform users that a new version of the SEDAR Manual is now available. There are many changes to SEDAR in terms of both document types and functionality. The new manual reflects these changes.

  • BC Notice 2006/22 - Request for Comment -Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 55-101 Insider Reporting Exemptions and Companion Policy 55-101CP Insider Reporting Exemptions

    This notice announces the publication of a CSA notice of request for comment on proposed amendments to NI 55-101 and its related companion policy. The proposed amendments would change the definition of major subsidiary, remove part 4 of NI 55-101 and clarify when certain insiders can rely on the automatic securities purchase plan exemption in relation to stock option grants. The comment period expires on January 25, 2007.

  • CSA Staff Notice 21-305 - Extension of Approval of Information Processor for Corporate Fixed Income Securities

    This notice announces the extension of CanPX Inc. approval as Information Processor for Corporate Fixed Income Securities until December 31, 2007.
