  • CSA Consultation Paper 11-405 Securities Regulatory Proposals Stemming from the 2007-08 Credit Market Turmoil and its Effect on the ABCP Market in Canada

    The CSA is publishing CSA Consultation Paper 11-405 Securities Regulatory Proposals Stemming from the 2007-08 Credit Market Turmoil and its Effect on the ABCP Market in Canada to outline our findings, and several proposals by the CSA ABCP Working Group in response to the credit market turmoil. The paper requests comment on the proposals by December 20, 2008.

  • Form B Filing under BC Instrument 33-705 Conditions of Registration for Investment Dealers that Trade in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    In BC Instrument 33-705 Conditions of Registration for Investment Dealers that Trade in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, the Commission asks investments dealers that trade in the U.S. over the counter markets to complete and file Form B with the Commission within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter.  Form B records the information required under conditions 3(a), (b), (c) and (d).
     
    The Commission requests investment dealers file Form B electronically through BCSC e-services.The Commission encourages Form B submissions electronically, rather than through fax, mail or e-mail.
