- BC Notice 2007/38 - Amendments to Securities Act and Securities Rules
The notice announces the proclamation of amendments to the Securities Act and adoption of amendments to the Securities Rules, effective December 21, 2007. These broaden the insider trading and front running prohibitions, expand those who can sue an insider for breaching the insider trading prohibitions and clarifying the calculation of the maximum fine.
