Background:

A resident of the United Kingdom (the Investor) complained to us that he was contacted by a representative of Boyd Clark Resource Capital Solutions (BCRCS) and solicited to buy the shares of a company called FutureFuel Corp., which is located in Missouri, in the United States, and has its securities publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.  In December of 2013, upon being instructed to do so by BCRCS, the Investor sent his payment for the shares to a bank account located in Cyprus, but he never received his promised shares.

On its website, BCRCS claims to specialize in providing financial services to entrepreneurs and businesses requiring up to $2 million in financing.  

BCRCS has never been registered to trade in securities in or from British Columbia.  Furthermore, the unit number for the office building, in Vancouver, British Columbia, listed on the BCRCS website, does not exist, and BCRCS is not a tenant in the building.

We urge British Columbia residents to exercise extreme caution, if approached by anyone offering this type of investment.
