Background:

We recently learned that a representative of CRH Management Group (CRH) contacted a resident of Lithuania, in August of 2010, and offered to purchase his shares of Stonebridge Resources Explorations Ltd., at a price much higher than what he had originally paid for them.  In order to complete the transaction, the Lithuanian resident was asked to pay, in advance, a “vendor’s surety bond” to CRH, which, purportedly, would be refunded. 

On its Web site, CRH claims to be located at 1311 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, but it is not located at that address. 

CRH is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
