Pan-Am Advisory

• We recently learned that a representative of Pan-Am Advisory (Pan-Am) contacted a resident of Denmark and offered to purchase his shares of Global Media Productions Inc., at a price much higher than what he had originally paid for them.  In order to complete the transaction, the Danish resident was asked to pay, in advance, a “surety bond” to Pan-Am, which, purportedly, would be refunded.  
    
  On its Web site, Pan-Am claims to be located at 300-1055 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, but it is not located at that address. 

  Pan-Am is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.

  On September 30, 2010, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority published a warning about Pan-Am.
