MI Capital Corporation

• The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) issued an investor alert on June 5, 2012, warning the public about a potential scheme targeting Manitobans.  According to the MSC, MI Capital Corporation (MI Capital), has solicited residents of Manitoba to invest in gold options.

   The MSC also noted that the New Brunswick Securities Commission had issued a Notice of Hearing against MI Capital and others on May 29, 2012.

   MI Capital is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities in British Columbia.

   We urge British Columbia residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
