BC Notice 2002/41 - Credit For Assistance In Investigations

This Notice announces staff's position on giving benefits to market participants who help BCSC staff before, during and after an investigation into market conduct. It also provides guidance on what staff will consider to be cooperation and assistance.
BC Notice 2002/42 - Advance Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 14-101 Definitions

This notice gives advance notice that the Commission expects to make amendments to National Instrument 14-101 Definitions, effective December 31, 2002, if all necessary government approvals are obtained. The amendments add a reference to Nunavut in the appendices to NI 14-101. They also add and clarify some definitions and delete other terms that are unnecessary.
