The BC Securities Commission works to ensure that investors have access to timely, accurate and complete information, facilitates capital-raising by companies, and fosters a dynamic and competitive securities industry.

The BCSC reviews filings from public companies, monitors the private placement market and takes action against issuers and insiders who fail to comply with securities law requirements.
