On September 16, 2019, Garo Deyrmenjian filed an Amended Notice of Application for leave to appeal. Garo Deyrmenjian's and Raffi Khorchidian's leave applications are scheduled for November 13, 2019. On November 14, 2019 Leave to appeal was partially granted.
