BCI 32-504 exempts registrants from section 77 of the Securities Rules, disclosure of conflicts of interest, subject to certain conditions.

  • BC Notice 2003/18 - CSA Notice regarding Multilateral Instrument 45-105 Trades to Employees, Senior Officers, Directors, and Consultants.

    This notice advises that MI 45-105 is expected to come into force on August 15, 2003. It describes the changes to MI 45-105 from the version published for comment on November 1, 2002, and summarizes the comments received during the comment period, with the CSA's responses. When in force, MI 45-105 will provide exemptions from the registration, prospectus, and issuer bid requirements for certain trades among an issuer, its employees, senior officers, directors, consultants, and permitted transferees.
