- National Policy 12-201 - Mutual Reliance Review System for Exemptive Relief Applications
This notice and the schedule announces some changes to the standard form of decision document that persons who require an exemption from securities laws need to use for exemptions obtained using the Mutual Reliance Review System for Exemptive Relief Applications described in NP 12-201.
BC Notice 2004/33 - Publication for Comment of Proposed Fee Schedule for the New Securities Act
The Commission is publishing for comment the proposed fee schedule for the new legislation. The fees have been amended to be consistent with the new legislation while having a minimal effect on fees paid. All comments received by September 15, 2004 will be considered.
- BC Notice 2004/34 - Publication for Comment of Proposed Regulation under the New Securities Act
The Commission is publishing for comment proposed regulation under the new Securities Act. The regulation sets out the notification process for funds disgorged to the Commission and offences relating to the take over bid provisions in BC Instrument 62-502. All comments received by September 15, 2004 will be considered.
