  • CSA Revised Staff Notice 13-315 -Canadian Securities Administratorsand#8217; Revised Staff Notice 13-315 Securities Regulatory Authority Closed Dates 2006

    This CSA staff notice advises issuers who will be using the mutual reliance review system for prospectuses, prospectus amendments, waiver applications, pre-filings, and initial and renewal annual information forms described in NP 43-201 Mutual Reliance Review System for Prospectuses and Annual Information Forms of the closed dates of the Commissions across all the jurisdictions in Canada. The notice also summarizes the procedures described in section 7.8 of NP 43-201 relating to closed dates. These dates and the procedures should be noted by issuers in structuring their affairs.
