- BC Notice 2006/08 -Request for Comment on Proposed Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information,Companion Policy 33-109CP, Multilateral Instrument 31-102 National Registration Database, and Companion Policy 31-102CP
The CSA is publishing for comment proposed amendments to MI 33-109, MI 31-102, and the related Companion Policies. These amendments will include Québec in the instruments and change certain filing deadlines. The comment period expires on August 10, 2006.
- BC Notice 2006/07 - Advance notice of amendments to National Instrument 31-101 National Registration System and National Policy 31-201 National Registration System
This advance notice announces that the CSA propose to amend NI 31-101 National Registration System (NRS) and NP 31-201 National Registration System so that a filer's Principal Regulator is designated by where the filer's head office is located. If the amendments are approved in those jurisdictions where approval is required, they will come into force on August 1, 2006.
