  • CSA Staff Notice 21-308 - Publications of CSA Staff Notice Update on Applications to become an Information Processor

    This notice includes an update on the status of the remaining applications for information processor for both corporate debt and equity securities, which the CSA staff is currently considering. The notice also extends CanPX Inc.’s status as the information processor for corporate debt securities until June 30, 2009.
  • BCN 2008/49 - Adoption of National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’ Annual and Interim Filings

    This notice announces that British Columbia and other CSA members are adopting NI 52-109, effective December 15, 2008, and repealing existing MI 52-109. The notice also announces the adoption of consequential amendments to Form 51-102F1, the revocation of BC Instrument 52-510, the revocation and replacement of BC Instrument 52-511, and the adoption of consequential amendments to Companion Policy 51-509CP Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets
