  • BCN 2008/02 - National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements and National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure [BCN]

    This BC Notice announces minor changes to the text of National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements and the text of related amendments to National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure.  We published advance notice of both NI 41-101 and the amendments to NI 81-101 on December 21, 2007 (BCN 2007/43).

  • BCN 2008/03 - Solicitation of New Members for the Securities Law Advisory Committee [BCN]

    The notice announces that the Commission is looking for new members of SLAC.  We require resumes by February 18, 2008 from those who are interested in being appointed to the committee.
