The Commission has revoked BC Instrument 15-501 and BC Policy 15-501 - Disclosure of Investigation Information as on July 8, 2009, the BC Court of Appeal struck down section 148 of the Securities Act. That section prohibited the disclosure of investigation information. - BC Notice 2010/02 - Publication of Revised BC Policy 15-601 Hearings
The Commission is publishing revised BC Policy 15-601 - Hearings. On July 8, 2009, the BC Court of Appeal struck down section 148 of the Securities Act. That section prohibited the disclosure of investigation information. The Commission has deleted section 2.6(d) that deals with disclosure of investigation information. The policy accompanies this notice.
