  • TSX Venture Exchange Request for Comments - Trading Rule Amendments to Eliminate the Anti-Scooping Rule

    The Commission is publishing for comment for 30 days (until October 31, 2011) proposed amendments to the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.’s rules  which will remove the anti-scooping rule. 

  • MFDA Notice  - Notice of BCSC Non-Objection to Proposed Public Interest Amendments to MFDA Form 1 – Financial Questionnaire and Report

    This Notice announces that the BCSC has not objected to proposed public interest amendments to the MFDA's Form 1.  The proposed amendments add a definition of "market value of securities" to Form 1
