  • CSA Consultation Paper 91-301 - CSA Staff Consultation Paper 91-301 – Model Provincial Rules – Derivatives:  Product Determination, Trade Repositories and Derivatives Data Reporting

    The CSA is publishing this paper to obtain public comment on its recommendations about two model rules relating to derivatives regulation:  a rule relating to product  determination and a rule regarding trade repositories and derivatives data reporting. The comment period expires February 4, 2013.

  • Multilateral CSA Staff Notice 23-103 - Blanket Orders Exempting Marketplace Participants From Certain Provisions Of National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading And Related Osc Staff Position

    The BCSC, in conjunction with other CSA jurisdictions, is providing temporary relief from some requirements of National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading. The Commission relief is found in BC Instrument 23-501 Exemption from National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading. The BCSC is also publishing Multilateral Staff Notice 23-313 Blanket Orders Exempting Marketplace Participants from Certain Provisions of National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading and Related OSC Staff Position.
