We recently became aware that Lloyds International S.A., an entity that purports to have offices in South America, and offers trading services in commodities and forex, was soliciting British Columbia (BC) investors through telephone calls.

BC residents are able to open trading accounts through representatives of Lloyds International S.A.

Lloyds International S.A. is not registered in BC to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts.

We urge BC residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC.
