Description:
The British Columbia Securities Commission will host a Registrant Outreach session to be held virtually on October 14, 2021.
The session will focus on compliance issues identified from examinations, some recent amendments to National Instrument 31-103 on vulnerable investors, and some enforcement updates.
We like to hear from you in advance of the event for any questions relating to the topic or compliance in general, and we will try to address them during our presentation.
