  • BC Notice 2003/47 - Adoption of revised Multilateral Instrument 45-105 Trades to Employees, Senior Officers, Directors, and Consultants and Revocation of current Multilateral Instrument 45-105 Trades to Employees, Senior Officers, Directors, and Consultants  

Multilateral Instrument 45-105 is being amended to expand the exemptions to deal with certain technical limitations identified in the current version. As a result, the current version of MI 45-105 is being revoked and replaced with the amended version of MI 45-105.

  • BC Notice 2003/48 - BC Instrument 33-511 - Exemptions to further extend certain NRD submission dates  

This notice announces that the Executive Director has granted exemptions to Multilateral Instrument 31-102 National Registration Database (MI 31-102) and Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information (MI 33-109) to further extend the deadline dates for certain NRD submissions.

  • BC Notice 2003/49 - BCI 33-512 - Exemption for foreign advisers from the NRD account requirements

    This notice announces that the Executive Director has granted an exemption to Multilateral Instrument 31-102 National Registration Database (MI 31-102) to exempt foreign advisers from the requirement to maintain an NRD account.
