Users can now access Cease Trade Orders on SEDAR+.

For weeks after July 21, 2023, please visit SEDAR+ for information about all cease trade orders (CTO). SEDAR+ includes all CTOs for failure to file as well as CTOs found in enforcement decisions, settlements, and temporary orders from companies and individuals from BC and other Canadian jurisdictions.

SEDAR+ is a secure web-based system for market participants to file, disclose and search for issuer information in Canada’s capital markets.
