Background:

In March 2012, SeBond Capital Corp. (SeBond) advertised its offshore investment opportunities in British Columbia.  In its advertisement, SeBond purported to offer term deposits that provided an annual return of at least 36%.

SeBond has not filed a prospectus with the British Columbia Securities Commission qualifying its investment offerings for sale.
 
We caution investors against investing in companies whose offerings are not qualified by a prospectus or are not exempt from the prospectus requirements, especially if the companies claim to offer unrealistically high investment returns.
