We recently became aware of an advertisement placed by A&L Royal Finance Inc. (ALRF), an entity that purports to have an office in British Columbia (BC) and in other provinces of Canada, and offers an investment guaranteeing a 10% monthly return and a 100% return after 10 months of maturity.

ALRF has not filed a prospectus or an exempt distribution report in BC, and is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in BC.

We urge BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC, or that are offering unqualified securities in BC.
