Effective June 1, 2023, New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (New SRO) changed its name to Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). The BCSC has amended the New SRO’s recognition order and MOU to reflect the legal name change from New SRO to CIRO.
