This Notice announces the BCSC’s deemed non-objection to housekeeping amendments to Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated (IDPC) Rule 2603(2) which requires incremental proficiency requirements for mutual funds only registered individuals wishing to trade in exempt market products. These amendments are to conform the IDPC Rules to applicable securities legislation.
