The Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, Ontario Securities Commission and Nova Scotia Securities Commissions have approved, and the Alberta Securities Commission has not objected to, the amendment.
The amendment clarifies that the Board of Directors of the MFDA can order that a person is deemed to be controlled by another. The amendment is housekeeping in nature. A copy of the amendment is attached.
