View PDF of Housekeeping Amendments to MFDA By-Law No. 1 DefinitionsOn November 21, 2006, the BCSC did not object to the amendment to MFDA By-law No. 1, Section 1 preamble to the definitions. The Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, Ontario Securities Commission and Nova Scotia Securities Commissions have approved, and the Alberta Securities Commission has not objected to, the amendment.
The amendment clarifies that the definitions contained in By-law No. 1 apply to the interpretation of the MFDA Rules and Policies as well as the By-law. The amendment is housekeeping in nature. A copy of the amendment is attached.
