Notice of BCSC Non-Objection to Proposed Amendments to MFDA Form 1

As of January 7, 2013, the BCSC and the MFDA's other recognizing regulators¹ did not object to or approved² proposed amendments to MFDA Form 1.

The amendments update the two Independent Auditor's Reports contained within the Form 1 to comply with MFDA reporting requirements. The reporting requirements are based on International Financial Reporting Standards. We attach a blackline of the amendments.
