The attached notice advises that the securities commissions in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia have approved extending the suspension of MFDA Rule 2.4.1 to March 31, 2010, with a requirement for the MFDA to submit proposed amendments to that rule by May 31, 2009.
