The BCSC is publishing for a 90-day comment period proposed amendments to MFDA By-law No. 1 (Definitions), MFDA Rule 2.5.5 (Branch Manager) and MFDA Policy No. 2 (Minimum Standards for Account Supervision). Section V of the MFDA's notice sets out the process for submitting comments.
