The BCSC is publishing for a 135-day comment period proposed amendments to MFDA Policy No. 9. The amendments intend to establish the MFDA’s CE accreditation process including: (a) the entities that can be recognized as accreditors to assess CE activities, (b) the criteria which accreditors must use to evaluate CE activities, and (c) CE eligibility periods. Section V of the MFDA’s notice sets out the process for submitting comments.
