- CSE - Proposed Amendments to CSE Form 2A Listing Statement
The Canadian Securities Exchange is proposing to amend the application of and disclosure requirements in Form 2A. The proposed amendments will repeal the existing detailed form and will define the disclosure requirements by specifically referencing the disclosure required under securities law. - SRO - Housekeeping amendments to Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules regarding margin requirements for securities loan, repurchase agreements, and reverse repurchase agreements with term risk
This Notice announces the BCSC’s deemed non-objection to housekeeping amendments to the New SRO’s Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rule 5900. The amendments correct an error in the plain language drafting of the term risk margin requirements on financing transactions. The Amendments have been classified as housekeeping and will be effective immediately.
