Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) Variation Order and Designation Order - Information Processor

Effective June 1, 2023, New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (New SRO) changed its name to Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). The BCSC has amended IIROC’s designation order as an information processor to reflect the legal name change from New SRO to CIRO.
