On March 13, 2011, the BCSC and the MFDA's other recognizing regulators1 did not object to, did not disapprove or approved2, as the case may be, housekeeping amendments to the MFDA's Form 1 and the related Auditors' Reports.
The amendments update the MFDA's Form 1 and the related Auditors' Reports to conform with Canadian auditing standards and to make minor housekeeping changes. We attach a blackline of the amendments.
